Luke Combs to Open ‘Category 10’ Country Bar at Universal Orlando CityWalk

Country music fans and Orlando visitors have reason to cheer as Luke Combs is bringing his hit-inspired entertainment venue to Universal Orlando’s CityWalk. The Category 10 bar, restaurant, and live music hotspot is slated to open in late 2027 right in the heart of the bustling entertainment district.
The three-story, 33,000-square-foot venue — named after Combs’ multi-platinum hit “Hurricane” — will be the third Category 10 location after its flagship in Nashville and a planned Las Vegas outpost. Construction is expected to begin in summer 2026, with fans anticipating a lively blend of Southern-inspired food, spirits, and live country music.
Combs, who’s one of country music’s biggest stars, shared his excitement, noting Orlando’s global appeal and personal connection — his wife hails from Florida. He promises “first-class service and awesome tunes” for visitors to the Sunshine State.
Beyond just food and drink, Category 10 Orlando will feature “experiential areas influenced by Combs’ music and passions,” likely including stages for live performances, line dancing, and spaces that echo the energetic vibe of the singer’s shows.
Set against the scenic waterfront at CityWalk — the open-air district packed with restaurants, nightlife, and attractions at Universal Orlando Resort — the new venue adds a major nightlife draw for guests after a day in the parks.
